I've spent 10+ years in qualitative research, living with communities, decoding the unspoken rules of human behavior.
I bring an ethnographic lens to systems, services, and public experiences. I move beyond digital products to uncover the cultural and emotional realities that shape behavior.
While others ask what users do, I focus on why. I explore through immersive research, systemic mapping, and methods rooted in trust, identity, and lived experience.
Over the years, I’ve applied this lens to diverse contexts from farming systems in the Himalayas to women’s governance in rural India. Each project deepened my conviction that design begins with lived experiences.
